Chris Shoup
Owner, Master Technician
Owner and Master Technician Chris Shoup began his repair career as an Airforce mechanic before switching to civilian life and into German repair and service.
From there he joined a BMW dealer and began his 30-year German car history. Though BMW was his primary focus, working for a BMW dealer also included work on Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche made vehicles, alongside servicing all other makes and models taken in by the dealer.

Owner and General Manager J Gonzalez began his customer service career at a small company called Apple.
Trained in World-Class customer service, he joined several tech companies spending 15 years leading customer service teams supporting Fortune 500 companies.
